We empower OCC colleagues to become involved by:
- Matching colleague donations to selected nonprofits 1:1 to increase the impact OCC can have in our community.
- Offering 8 hours of Volunteer Time Off per year to encourage colleagues to give time to our community.
Community Impact Partnerships
Chicago Scholars
OCC has selected Chicago Scholars as our Chicago nonprofit partner for 2022-2025. Chicago Scholars is the largest college access and success program in Chicago, serving more than 5,000 Scholars and alumni each year. Chicago Scholars are academically ambitious, first-generation college students from under-resourced communities in Chicago. This seven-year program helps them to navigate complex transitions into college, through college, and beyond to a career.

United to Learn
In 2024, we established United to Learn (U2L) as our Dallas nonprofit partner. OCC partners with U2L to drive student achievement across the district and develop meaningful relationships with our neighborhood campus, Tom C. Gooch Elementary School. U2L’s unique wrap-around model brings resources into schools, offering social emotional learning, educational tools, training, tutors, campus improvement projects, student experiences, educator wellness touchpoints, and more. From 2017 to 2024, U2L Schools have doubled average literacy rates compared to pre-partnership levels.
Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study Program
In 2023, our Hispanic/Latino OCC Leaders and Allies (HOLA) Employee Network Group led efforts to launch a partnership with the Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study Program. As a Corporate Partner, OCC will bring on two Cristo Rey students as interns each year to work one day per week in our offices. Our interns have the opportunity to build their skills through meaningful projects and gain exposure to functions and colleagues across OCC.
Out in Finance
OCC is a proud corporate partner of Out in Finance, a nonprofit organization that unites individuals across the financial services industry to drive LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality. As a corporate partner, OCC supports Out in Finance’s vision to make financial services a trusted industry of choice for LGBTQ+ professionals, where they feel safe to be their authentic selves every day and are equally included at all levels of the industry.
