The Board is comprised of OCC's Chairman, Craig S. Donohue, plus a diverse representation from exchanges, clearing members and public directors. The Board is responsible for acting as a steward to make certain OCC has the critical capabilities necessary to achieve its objectives and obligations in a safe, sound, efficient and prudential manner.
