OCC RSS Feeds
By subscribing to, using or accessing The Options Clearing Corporation ("OCC") RSS news feeds ("RSS Feeds"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Use of the RSS Feeds is also controlled by and you agree to the terms of the web site User Agreement ("User Agreement"), which governs use of OCC websites, and the information, services and content therein (located here). These Terms and the User Agreement may be changed at any time without notice.
Use of the Feeds - Except as specifically stated in the Terms, RSS Feeds are provided for by OCC for non-commercial use. Any use of OCC's trademarks, service marks or logos except as provided herein requires the express written consent of OCC.
Ownership - The RSS Feeds are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. OCC retains all intellectual property ownership rights in the RSS Feeds and content and in any and all OCC logos and trademarks contained therein. You may not alter or modify the RSS Feed or redistribute the RSS Feeds without the express written consent of OCC.
Delay of the RSS Feeds and Reliability - The availability, receipt or transmission of RSS Feeds is not real-time, and RSS Feeds may be delayed or interrupted due to scheduled and/or unscheduled causes at any time. Additionally, there may be omissions or inaccuracies in the RSS.
No Support and No Guaranteed Use - Any technical issues concerning the viewer or aggregator used to receive the RSS Feeds is not supported by OCC. OCC reserves the right to discontinue providing RSS feeds for any reason at any time and without notice. OCC further reserves the ability to terminate your rights under these Terms for any reason.
