Stuart Bourne
Managing Director, Global Head of Prime Services, Bank of America
Mr. Bourne has worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch since 2013, and his role includes responsibility for prime brokerage, swaps, custody and clearing.
Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley for 16 years, most recently serving as Managing Director, Prime Brokerage.
Mr. Bourne holds an economics degree from the University of Warwick in England.
Mr. Bourne is a Member Director of OCC's Board of Directors and serves on the Technology Committee.
